Modified Main Frame Structure
Frame was widen to prevent sheets of bark to build up on cutter head especially during 'Bark Slip Season".
Structure was built elevated 6ft. to utilize gravity to assure proper flow of captured waste material directed towards "bottom" conveyors.
Cab Mounted to Structure to increase cleanup productivity.
Head Drive Modified
Steel Shaft Through Brass Bushing System are known to fail on the head drive.
To prevent costly premature breakdowns we modified to a Heavy Duty Greaseable Bearing System.
Complete Operator Control
We isolated the operator control hydraulics to provent loss of operator controls during a cutter head stall.
Operator Controls can be modified with Joystick conversion
New seat and fully new interior
